SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Depending on the size of the item purchased and your location, shipping options and prices will vary. Please fill out an enquiry form to contact me for a Quotation.

All items will be packed & shipped within 7 working days of purchase.

WE WANT YOU TO BE ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE FROM QUIRKY PHOENIX
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and all items are thoroughly
checked over and photographed immediately prior to despatch.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product because it is faulty, please contact
us. Please describe the fault and photograph it.
We will offer you a refund, a repair or an exchange on any item that may be faulty
according to your statutory rights.
However, if you simply change your mind about an item you must tell us within 14
days of receipt of the item. We will offer you either an exchange, a refund or a credit
note valid for six months to the value of item only. We are unable to refund any
delivery charges.
The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your delivery and it must be
returned in the same condition as purchased. The return is at the customer’s own
cost. If the item is damaged upon return
If an item has been specially made or decorated/painted to order for the customer we
would classify this as bespoke, and in this instance we would not be able to accept
returns.
Please note: Reduced or Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
