'The Botanist' Cocktail cabinet was once a wall hung cabinet from the 1960's.
 
It had tired, tatty wooden slat shelves which were bowing in the middle so I began with having new glass shelves  made to order, along with mirrors to go in at the top and the bottom. 
 
I used 'Congo Geometric Wallpaper' From World of Wallpaper for the striking backing, added legs, and the LED strip lights with a mains plug and switch.
 
I knew I wanted to use black paint and I feel the georgous aqua/teal paint really pops against the black, all finished with elegant gold finger paint for the inside side panels. 
 
It has glass sliding doors at the front which can be removed if desired.
